Do you have a happy gut?

Hey there loves! Though not a very sexy topic, today I’m talking about gut health. My BIGGEST health obstacle has been gut health and this is EXACTLY why I created my 10 Day Reset program. I have been up and down and all around town with my gut. I’ve experienced lots of gas and bloating and multiple sizes due to poor gut health. I describe myself as a self-educated gut health expert and know that millions of people also suffer from poor gut health.

If you have experienced any of these symptoms, you will want to keep reading:

  1. Gas and bloating
  2. Nausea
  3. Constipation or diarrhea
  4. Fatigue
  5. Sugar cravings
  6. Headaches

Listen closely. Step #1 is to get yourself on a quality probiotic. It is CRUCIAL that you begin to improve the gut flora in your body and taking a probiotic is going to feed the healthy bacteria in your body, essential to good health. Did you know that poor gut health is linked to depression? Yep, there is a direct link between your gut and brain and gut microbiota influences brain chemistry and behavior. I recommend going to a reputable health food store or grocery store with a great supplement section. There should be someone there knowledgeable enough to help you. I’ve used the Garden of Life brand and have been very happy with it.

Step #2 is to STOP eating sugar!! Hey, I like a nice chocolate cupcake or slice of apple pie too, but if you are having gut issues, you MUST say no to sugar dear. Sugar promotes the growth of bad bacteria and hampers the growth of the good bacteria. Diets high in sugar, refined carbohydrates and processed foods are what the bad bacteria thrive on.
