Are You Ready To Get Your Sexy Back?

In my twenties I hit the gym when the roosters crowed at 5:30 for one hour of cardio, worked all day, and then was back at the gym for an hour of strength training. This is two hours a day dedicated to working out! Crazy, right? I was always chasing the latest fad as if there was some sort of “miracle” workout. As a busy entrepreneur with two little girls there is no way I could take two hours out of my day to work out nor would I want to. I’ve discovered that less is more and by focusing on the intensity of my workouts I’ve achieved AMAZING results in a fraction of the time!

Let Go of the Excuses

Girl, let me tell you, I’ve heard ALL of the excuses on why us mom’s just can’t workout. Everything from “I don’t have the time”, to “working out hurts my joints”. Well here is a little known fact about me. I have arthritis in my back and knees, and fibromyalgia. So really, I have a lot of excuses to avoid working out. I DECIDED to not let these ailments keep me from my best body and then I COMMITTED to daily movement. That’s it. It all starts with a decision.  I could whine about how my metabolism just isn’t what it used to be after two babies and having turned 40. But really friends, these are all just excuses and I choose to not be full of excuses. I’m not saying it will always be easy, but I am committing to your success and I promise you less is more.
